His work spans projects for the FIFA World Cup, Paris 2024 Olympic Games, New York Fashion Week, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Sephora, Snapchat, Meta, Google, Netflix, and many others. From large-scale public spectacles and experiential destinations to intimate brand moments, Pierce creates experiences that invite audiences into new worlds and leave lasting emotional impressions.

Known for his world-building approach, Pierce begins every project with a simple question: What does it feel like to be inside this story? The answer becomes the foundation for experiences that move beyond entertainment and marketing to create genuine human connection.
